Pre-launch notice. These terms are a product and counsel-review draft. They do not yet govern an active Coworker Systems account or paid service.
Scope
These terms are intended to govern access to Coworker Systems, including the web application, connected channels, and related services. Product-specific terms may supplement them when a product built on Coworker Systems has its own customer relationship.
You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms on your own behalf or for an organization.
AI Coworkers
Coworkers powered by this platform are AI systems, not human employees. Their output can be incomplete or wrong. The service is designed to expose roles, boundaries, approvals, and work records, but those controls do not replace appropriate human judgment.
You remain responsible for reviewing consequential output and for choosing which actions a Coworker may take on your behalf.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access credentials, and promptly reporting suspected misuse. An organization may control its workspace, appoint administrators, and manage the access of its members.
Instructions and data
You retain your rights in material you provide. You grant the service the limited permission needed to process that material, carry out requested work, preserve required records, and operate the service. You must have the right to provide the instructions, credentials, files, and personal information you submit.
Responsible use
You may not use Coworker Systems for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-violating work, or to bypass safeguards and access controls. The separate acceptable-use draftgives more detail and will form part of the final agreement.
Service and ownership
Coworker Systems and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, design, and service materials. Availability, support, paid plans, refunds, suspension, termination, warranties, and liability terms will be stated before any customer is asked to accept these terms.
Before these terms become effective
The final version still needs to identify and confirm:
- the contracting legal entity, address, and service contact;
- the governing law, dispute process, and consumer-specific rights;
- payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules for any paid plan;
- warranty disclaimers, liability allocation, and indemnity language;
- product-specific terms and a documented process for notifying material changes.
